Our story
Our team is on a mission to completely change the landscape of assistive technologies for visual impairment. We are building the world's first AI co-pilot for the blind, and we need the best team to get there.
Autonomous vehicles are nearly there. Yet, no comparable device allows a pedestrian to walk down a sidewalk. That's why we've built biped.ai, the world’s first AI co-pilot for blind and visually impaired people. The device is worn as a harness, analyzes the surroundings in real-time and guides the user through sounds. We started this project in summer 2020, at a hackathon. Since then, we built our dream team, talked to dozens of end-users, tested the device with >70 beta-tester and gained close to 10 key partners in Europe and in the US. As we closing our seed round, we're expanding our team quickly.
